Letters of Gratitude is a heart-shifting gathering at The Community Oasis at Be Love Give Love, where you are invited into a sacred space of reflection, healing, and transformation through the power of gratitude.
In this special gathering, Coach Abby will share personal stories of how writing letters of gratitude changed her life—including how it transformed her relationship with her father, softened her heart during a difficult season with her autistic son, and helped many of her clients shift their mindset and heal relationships.
You’ll be gently guided to write your own letter of gratitude—whether it’s to someone you love, someone you struggle with, or even to yourself. There will be time for encouragement, quiet reflection, and heartfelt writing.
Everything you need will be provided. Just bring your open heart.
