Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a wife, mom, and part of a military family. Our incredible autistic son has opened our hearts in ways we never expected. He, along with life’s ups and downs, has been one of my greatest teachers.

Since 2005, I’ve worked in the wellness field as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Breakthrough Life Coach. I’ve also written books, led workshops, spoken at events, and had the honor of sharing my story in magazines and on the radio.

But at the heart of it all, I’m just someone who believes in the power of stillness, surrender, and love. My journey started when I hit rock bottom at 24—and in that broken place, I encountered God in a way that transformed my life. That’s when Be Love Give Love was born.

My mission is to help others heal from the inside out, so they can experience peace, and a life filled with love.

I believe with all my heart, mind and spirit that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Surrendering to Him and allowing Him into every aspect of my life has been the most amazing journey I have ever experienced. I am not a Bible thump-er or a “religious” person in any way. I simply desire to radiate the love of Christ in my life so that others can experience His unconditional love through me. My journey is very simple—it is all about love. I want to be so filled with God’s love that I can’t help but to be love and give love to those around me. It really is that simple. I do not want to compel you to love Jesus using fear or to push you into a relationship with Him out of guilt or condemnation. I want to reflect Jesus’ life by the way I live, and trust that He will draw you to Himself as only He can. Allow yourself to turn toward Him and open your heart to His unconditional love. He will meet you right where you are with His offer of unique healing. Accept it, and watch your life transform. Surrender everything you are to Him, and He will empower you to live the life He has specially designed for you. Join me on this journey to be love and give love to the world around us.
