The Love Yourself Well~Group Shred 10 is a fun, effective, and do-able jump-start to better health.
- It consists of a 2 hour class taught by me, Coach Abby, which is held at Be Love Give Love in Lillington, NC. Class time is from 2pm-4pm and will be on a Saturday. During this class I will be inspiring you, educating you and giving you powerful insight into the heart of why you keep struggling to love yourself well.
- Plus, for 10 days, together as a group, we will shred the foods and habits that are not serving us and focus more on loving ourselves well. I will be coaching us every step of the way, keeping us inspired, motivated and accountable as we get our bodies moving and focus more on putting life giving fuel in our bodies. The daily encouragement will be done either through text or facebook messenger.
- Also included...for FREE...are all the whole food products you need to support you during this 10 day jump start. This includes: 15 whole food shakes, along with the whole food capsules…2 fruit, 2 veggie and 2 berry capsules per day. Shakes come in chocolate (my favorite) and vanilla.
