A monthly gathering to explore ways of staying calm and centered in life’s storms. Each month, we’ll practice tools and experiences designed to help you redirect your thoughts, find inner stillness, and nurture peace.
Led by Coach Abby, who brings wisdom from her own journey and years of coaching clients through their storms, supporting them in experiencing breakthroughs and reconnecting with peace in the midst of life’s challenges.
Everyone is welcome — all you need to bring is your beautiful self, an open heart, and a willingness to receive peace and inspiration.
