An evening to step away from the demands of life and give yourself full permission to rest.
You will be welcomed with a few encouraging words from Coach Abby and invited to get comfortable and settle into stillness.
From there, soft music and guided spoken words will offer you permission to let go, breathe deeply, and remember that you are safe to rest.
Nothing to figure out.

Just an invitation to be still and receive.
As your thoughts begin to slow and your body begins to soften, you will be immersed in the calming tones of seven singing bowls — a gentle sound bath designed to support your nervous system and guide you deeper into stillness. This is not about creating perfect silence, but about discovering the peace that is already available within you, even while the world around you continues to move.
We will then enter a deeper space of stillness. Instrumental music will flow softly in the background while nurturing touch is offered as a natural expression of care and grounding.
We will close with a final sound bath, allowing the stillness to be received deeply into your body, gently settling your mind and nourishing your spirit.
No experience with meditation or sound baths is needed — simply come as you are.
There is nothing you need to do.
Nothing expected of you.
No pressure to feel a certain way.
This is your time to step away from constant doing, place the oxygen mask on yourself, and allow your body and mind to return to peace.
